US Executive Webinar: Leading Enterprise AI Adoption Without Losing the Room

What is on the table.

The question this session is built around, and why it matters now.

Most US enterprises have proven that AI works in a pilot. Far fewer have taken it to enterprise scale without losing something on the way: the confidence of the people expected to use it, the trust of the board, or the operating discipline that made the organisation work in the first place.

This session is a focused, moderated conversation for a small, vetted group of senior US executives on what actually changes, operationally and strategically, when adoption moves from pilot to scale. It is structured around real questions from the room rather than a fixed deck.

It is a webinar in format only: capped attendance, camera optional, live questions and a discussion held under Chatham House Rules. There is no sales agenda and no product demonstration at any point.

Themes we expect to cover.

The chair sets the question; the room decides where it goes. These are the threads most likely to run through the conversation.

From pilot to enterprise scale

What breaks when adoption widens, and how leaders are sequencing the move so the organisation keeps up.

Keeping the room with you

How senior teams are carrying managers, front-line staff and the board through change they did not ask for.

Governance without gridlock

Risk, data and accountability handled in a way that protects the enterprise without stalling it.

Measuring what matters

The evidence leaders are using to judge whether adoption is working, beyond activity metrics and vendor dashboards.

Who is in the room.

Every seat is chosen for seniority, sector and a direct stake in the question. Guests are confirmed individually before an invitation is issued.

  • Senior decision-makers at US enterprises, VP level and above
  • Chief Information, Technology and Digital Officers
  • Chief Operating Officers and heads of transformation
  • Leaders accountable for AI strategy, technology investment or organisational change at scale
