3. Third-Party Sharing (Our Sponsor-Facilitated Model)

ConveneX Events operates a Sponsor-Facilitated Model to deliver high-value networking experiences and events.

• The Professional Exchange: To provide access to our exclusive B2B community and events, we partner with corporate event sponsors. By registering for and attending an event on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your professional contact details (Name, Job Title, Company Name, and Business Email Address) will be shared with the specific corporate sponsor(s) anchoring that event.

• Legal Basis (Legitimate Interest): This data sharing is conducted under the legal basis of “Legitimate Interest.” It enables the continuation of strategic B2B conversations and professional networking opportunities initiated during our events.

• No General Sale: We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party marketing brokers or unrelated mailing lists. Data is shared solely with the specific partners tied to the events you interact with.
