Terms and Conditions for Convene X Events

Last Updated: June 7, 2026

Welcome to ConveneX Events (the “Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of convenexevents.com, including our online community, forums, groups, and event registration services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Professional Access Only

ConveneX Events is a strictly business-to-business (B2B) platform. Our services, community, and events are intended solely for professionals, business owners, and corporate representatives.

1.2 Corporate Email Requirement

To register for an account, join the community, or register for any event, you must use a valid, verifiable business email address.

  • Registrations using generic, free, or personal email providers (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @outlook.com, @hotmail.com) will be automatically rejected or terminated without notice.

  • We reserve the sole right to determine what constitutes a valid business email domain.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Membership and Restricted Access

2.1 Private Community Access

The social media community section, forums, groups, and networking features of the Platform are strictly private. You must be an approved, registered member in active standing to access these areas.

2.2 Event Attendance

Attendance at any event organized or hosted via the Platform—whether virtual or in-person—is strictly limited to registered members. Non-members will not be permitted to register for or attend events.

2.3 Verification and Revocation

We reserve the right to review, vet, and manually approve all membership applications. We maintain absolute discretion to deny, suspend, or terminate membership at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or a failure to maintain a valid corporate email address.

3. Community Guidelines and User Conduct

By participating in our forums, groups, and social sections, you agree to behave professionally. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Posting or transmitting any defamatory, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful material.

  • Harassing, spamming, or mass-soliciting other members.

  • Scraping, collecting, or harvesting data or contact information of other members for unauthorized marketing purposes.

  • Distributing malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the functionality of the Platform.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or delete any user-generated content and to ban members who violate these guidelines.

4. Event Registration and Attendance

  • Booking: All event registrations are subject to availability and final confirmation by us.

  • Accuracy: You must ensure that all attendee details provided during registration are accurate and match the professional credentials of the registrant.

  • Changes & Cancellations: We reserve the right to alter the venue, timing, speakers, or format of any event, or to cancel an event entirely due to unforeseen circumstances. Our liability in the event of cancellation is limited strictly to a refund of any paid ticket fees (if applicable).

5. Commercial Partnerships and Sponsorships

5.1 Separate Binding Agreements

Any commercial partnerships, corporate sponsorships, exhibition packages, or promotional agreements initiated through the Platform or via inquiry forms are subject to a separate, legally binding bilateral contract (the “Sponsorship Agreement”).

5.2 Precedence of Contract

The expression of interest or submission of a partner inquiry form via the Website does not guarantee sponsorship rights. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these general website Terms and Conditions and a fully executed, signed Sponsorship Agreement, the terms of the specific Sponsorship Agreement shall take precedence regarding that commercial relationship.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ConveneX Events and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from the Platform for your own personal, professional use subjected to restrictions set in these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConveneX Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform.

  • The conduct or content of any third party or member on the Platform.

  • Attendance at any event organized through the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
