Every senior US leader is carrying a private view of the next twelve months: where growth will come from, which risks are being underpriced, what the board will ask for next, and what has to change in their own organisation to be ready. Very few get to test that view against peers who carry the same weight.
This roundtable gathers eight to twelve senior US leaders around one shared context and a lightly moderated conversation about what the year ahead actually looks like from where they sit. There is no panel and no audience; everyone in the room is a participant.
Delegates are personally vetted for seniority and relevance before an invitation is issued, and confirmed delegates keep a private group for one month afterwards to continue the conversation.

- 12:00 ETThe chair sets the question and invites a first perspective from the room.
- 12:10 ETA moderated conversation in which every participant contributes, no slides and no presentations.
- 12:50 ETEach participant shares the one thing they are taking back to their organisation.
- AfterA short private summary is sent to participants, unattributed, and the private delegate group stays open for one month.
