1. Our Community Mission

Convene X Events is a private, high-value network designed exclusively for business owners, corporate leaders, and senior executives. Our forums, groups, and social feeds exist to foster genuine professional relationships, strategic networking, and the exchange of industry insights.

To maintain the integrity of this vetted environment, all members must adhere to these Community Guidelines.

2. Professional Conduct & Standards

As a peer-to-peer network, professional etiquette is mandatory.

• Respectful Engagement: Dissenting opinions and healthy business debates are welcome, but personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
• No Non-Business Content: This is a dedicated B2B platform. Please keep discussions focused on business growth, industry trends, and professional collaboration. Discussions regarding politics, religion, or unrelated personal matters are outside the scope of this community.
• Authentic Profiles: You must use your real name, your actual corporate job title, and keep your profile details accurate. Pseudonyms, fake job titles, or representing a business you do not own or work for is strictly prohibited.

3. Strict Anti-Spam & Solicitation Policy

The biggest threat to a private network is unsolicited sales pitching. To protect our members:

• No Direct Pitching via DMs: You are strictly prohibited from using the direct messaging system to "cold message" or mass-solicit other members with sales pitches, affiliate links, or automated marketing messages.
• Vetted Promotion Only: Promotional content or offers may only be posted in designated forum threads or groups explicitly created for business promotion. If you are unsure where to post, contact a moderator first.
• No Data Harvesting: Scraping, collecting, or compiling member contact details or business emails from our directories for the purpose of adding them to your own marketing lists is a severe breach of trust and a violation of our Privacy Policy.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We actively moderate our forums, groups, and social sections to keep the space high-value. We operate on a general transparency policy but maintain absolute authority over platform access:

• Content Removal: We reserve the right to edit, lock, or permanently delete any post, comment, or link that violates these guidelines.
• The "Three Strikes" System: For minor infractions (such as posting promotional content in the wrong forum), a moderator will issue a formal warning. Three warnings will result in permanent account termination.
• Immediate Ban: Serious violations, including aggressive spamming via direct messages, abusive behavior, data harvesting, or registering with a fraudulent business identity, will result in an immediate, permanent ban without warning.

5. Reporting Violations

If you receive an unsolicited pitch in your direct messages, or notice a post that violates our professional standards, please flag it or report it immediately to our team.
